HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
1 Package of Flat Bread – Amazon.com: Stonefire Naan Artisan Flatbreads and Chefstyle Pizza Cutter Bundle : Grocery & Gourmet Food
1 jar of Organic Tomato – Red Bell Pepper sauce (You can buy this at your market)
1 package of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 package of Shredded Fontina Cheese – or a block of Fresh Fontina to shred
1 package of thick cut Pepperoni
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
Lay the Flat Bread on a Parchment lined Cookie Sheet, and spoon the Tomato/Red Pepper Sauce generously on the Flat Bread. Add the Shredded Cheeses, and top with the Pepperoni. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the topping are a light golden brown. Remove from oven, and let cool for 2 minutes. Cut with a sharp knife, serve, and Enjoy!
