Ingredients:

For the Fruit Filling:

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

For the Crisp Topping:

  • ¾ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

2. Prepare the Filling
In a medium bowl, combine the sliced peaches, halved strawberries, strawberry jam, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar. Toss until the fruit is evenly coated. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

3. Make the Topping
In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your hands until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

4. Assemble & Bake
Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the fruit filling. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling around the edges.

5. Cool & Serve
Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream or a big scoop of vanilla ice cream for the ultimate treat!
