This Brownie Batter Dip is so good, you won’t be able to stop eating it.  It’s good with Pretzels, or crackers, or sliced apples.  You can add different fruits or candies to top it off, and everyone will love it.  You can have it made in no time, so if you have unexpected guests, this is an excellent way to have something delicious prepared in no time.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 – 8 ounce package of cream cheese – softened
  • 1/4 cup of butter – softened
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup of Cocoa
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
  • Mini chocolate chips – to top
  • Pretzels

HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:

In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the cream cheese and butter, until smooth and creamy.  Add the powdered sugar, cocoa, milk, brown sugar, and Vanilla, and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.  Scrape down the sides of the bowl, and blend again.  Place Brownie Batter in a bowl, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips to top.  Serve with Pretzels, crackers, sliced Apples, or other fruits, such as, Raspberries, Strawberries, or pineapple chunks.  Enjoy!


NOTE:  You can also add M&M’s candies, nuts, or coconut, or other favorites to the dip.
