Starbucks caramel Frappuccino cake
The cake consists of three layers of moist and rich caramel coffee flavored cake. The Frappuccino infused batter provides a deep and robust coffee flavor that mimics the essence of a caramel Frap.

You’ll also want a cup of hot coffee and extra caramel sauce on the side! You can garnish with whole coffee beans as a decoration but please do not eat coffee beans.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:Â Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 3 6″ cake pans with non-stick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Stir flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
Step 2:Â Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with mixer on high speed until blended or use a spatula to stir together. Beat in eggs, caramel Frappuccino, and vanilla.
Step 3:Â Gradually add flour mixture, beating until thoroughly blended.
Step 4: Divide evenly into 3 prepared pans. Bake 19-23 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. While the cakes are baking, whip up the buttercream frosting and the caramel sauce.
Step 5: Cool 10 minutes and then remove the cakes from pans and lay on wire rack to cool completely.
Step 6: Begin with the first layer of cake and place a generous amount of frosting on top of the center part of the first layer, about one cup of frosting. Drizzle homemade caramel sauce in the center and spread the frosting evenly. Repeat with each layer.
Step 7: Frost sides and the top of cake as desired with remaining frosting. Chill cake to set frosting.
Step 8: Top cake with 3/4 cup of caramel sauce, starting at the top center and letting the caramel drip down the sides of the cake.

- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup Starbucks caramel Frappuccino
- 2 tsp vanilla
Buttercream
- 1 stick butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 32oz. powdered sugar
