Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Begin by placing a pot of water over medium heat, add salt, then spaghetti noodles once water starts to boil.
Step 2: Then add broccoli to spaghetti water and stir for 3 minutes then remove from heat and drain.
Step 3: Add olive oil to a hot skillet and add chicken breast to hot oil. Season with salt and black pepper and cook for 10 minutes until completely cooked.
Step 4: While the chicken is cooking let’s make the sauce. In a medium sized bowl add soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, grated ginger, pepper flakes, black pepper, and hoisin sauce. Stir and set aside.
Step 5: Once the chicken has cooked add carrots and garlic, stir fry until carrots are tender. Then add broccoli and noodles, top with sauce, and stir well.

- 1 1/2 cups chicken
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 TBSP Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 carrot
