This Lemon Bar No Churn Ice Cream is so easy to make, and it turns out just wonderful. You are going to love this recipe. You just put it together, freeze it, and you have a wonderful Ice Cream, that tastes like you churned it, without all the fuss. This is so delicious you can make this anytime, and everyone is sure to love it. Be sure to keep this one handy.
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
- 4 – 5 Lemon Bars – crumbled – Prepared Lemon Bars
Neon Yellow Food Coloring Gel - 1/4 cup of Torani Lemon Syrup
Ice Cream Cones, Waffle Cones, or Ice Cream dishes

HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
In the mixing bowl of a stand Mixer, add the Whipping Cream, and whip until thick, and stiff peaks have formed. Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, and Vanilla, and blend until smooth and creamy. Fold in the crumbled Lemon Bars and add the Torani Lemon Syrup. Add several drops of the Neon Yellow Food Coloring Gel and stir well to blend. Pour the Ice Cream in a Loaf Pan, and place in the Freezer, Overnight. When ready to serve, scoop the Ice Cream into cones, or dishes, and add Lemon Bar Crumbles to the top of the Ice Cream. Serve, and Enjoy!
Makes 12 – 14 large scoops of Ice Cream
NOTE: You can purchase Pre-made Lemon Bars at WalMart, or most Grocery Stores. Or, you can make your own Lemon Bars if you prefer, from a box mix, or from scratch.Â

- Fold in the crumbled Lemon Bars and add the Torani Lemon Syrup. Add several drops of the Neon Yellow Food Coloring Gel and stir well to blend.
- Pour the Ice Cream in a Loaf Pan, and place in the Freezer, Overnight.
