Blueberry pie no churn ice cream
This Blueberry Pie No Churn Ice Cream is so easy to make, and it’s just delicious! You are going to love this recipe. You just put it together, freeze it, and you have a wonderful Ice Cream, that tastes like you churned it, without all the fuss. This is so pretty, you can make this for any occasion, and it’s sure to be a hit. Make sure you keep this one in your favorites!
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
2 cups of Fresh Blueberries – rinsed well
Blue Food Coloring Gel
Purple Food Coloring Gel
1/3 cup of Torani Blueberry Syrup – See link
1 package of Roland Lady Finger Cookies – crumbled
Ice Cream Cones, Waffle Cones, or Ice Cream dishes
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
In the mixing bowl of a stand Mixer, add the Whipping Cream, and whip until thick, and stiff peaks have formed. Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, and Vanilla, and blend until smooth and creamy.Â
Fold in the Blueberries, and add the Torani Blueberry Syrup. Add 5 or 6 drops each of the Blue Food Coloring Gel, and the Purple Food Coloring Gel, and stir well to blend. Crumble up about 1 dozen of the Lady Fingers Cookies, and mix into the Ice Cream. Pour the Ice Cream in a Loaf Pan, and place in the Freezer, Overnight.Â
When ready to serve, scoop the Ice Cream into cones, or dishes, and add Blueberries, and Cookie Crumbles to the top of the Ice Cream.  Serve, and Enjoy!
Makes 12 – 14 large scoops of Ice Cream
