Ingredients you need to make the best birthday cake ice cream:
2 Cups of Heavy whipping Cream
1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tablespoons of Vanilla extract
Half of an 8 inch White Birthday Cake with White Frosting
Rainbow Jimmies
Ice Cream Cones
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
In a high powered Blender or electric mixer (use the whisk attachment), place the heavy cream, and whip until thick, and soft peaks have formed. Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, lots of rainbow sprinkles, Vanilla, and add chunks of the Birthday Cake with Frosting. Blend until just combined, and there are still a few chunks of Cake and Frosting in the Ice Cream. Pour the Ice Cream into a Loaf Pan, cover in plastic wrap, and place in the Freezer, Overnight. When ready to serve, scoop the Ice Cream into Ice Cream Cones, and sprinkle more Sprinkles on top of the ice cream. Serve, and Enjoy!
