No churn cherry cheesecake ice cream
This No Churn Ice Cream is so easy to make, and it’s just delicious! You are going to love this recipe. You just put it together, freeze it, and you have a wonderful Ice Cream, that tastes like you churned it, without all the fuss. You can make this for almost any occasion, and it’s sure to be a hit. Make sure you keep this one in your favorites!
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tablespoons of Vanilla
4 ounces of Cream Cheese – Softened
1 can of Cherry Pie Filling
Ice Cream Cones if desired
Maraschino Cherries – to top
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
In the mixing bowl of a stand Mixer, place the Whipping Cream, and whip until thick, and stiff peaks have formed.
Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Vanilla, and add Cream Cheese, and blend until smooth and creamy. Fold in the Cherry Pie Filling, and place the Ice Cream into a Loaf Pan, and place in the Freezer, Overnight.
When ready to serve, scoop the Ice Cream into Ice Cream Cones, or dishes, and spoon any remaining pie filling over the top of the Ice Cream, and top with a Maraschino Cherry. Serve, and Enjoy!
Makes 12 – 14 large scoops of Ice Cream
