  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated to kill bacteria)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup hot cocoa mix
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup marshmallow bits (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fudge Base
    In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla and mix to combine.
  2. Add Flour and Melted Chocolate
    Gradually add the heat-treated flour to the butter mixture, stirring well. Pour in the melted chocolate chips and continue mixing until everything is well combined.
  3. Incorporate Condensed Milk and Hot Cocoa Mix
    Add the sweetened condensed milk and hot cocoa mix to the chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth and fully incorporated.
  4. Mix in Mini Marshmallows
    Fold in the mini marshmallows, distributing them evenly throughout the fudge mixture.
  5. Spread and Top the Fudge
    Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, then pour the fudge mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the marshmallow bits on top, pressing them gently into the fudge.
  6. Chill
