Ingredients

  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large measuring cup or bowl, whisk together the cooled coffee, milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds before gently pulling out each popsicle.
