Cream Cheese Kisses Mints
Cream Cheese Kisses Mints
These adorable cream cheese mints shaped like lips are the sweetest little homemade Valentine’s Day treat. They’re soft, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth, and so easy to make with just a few ingredients.

Tint them red or pink, press into a silicone lips mold, pop them out, and you have the cutest platter of edible “kisses” ever.

Perfect for parties, gifting, or adding something homemade and charming to your Valentine’s table.

These cream cheese “kisses” also make the cutest little gifts. Pack a handful of them into small treat bags, tie them with a red satin ribbon, and you instantly have a homemade Valentine that feels thoughtful and personal.

They’re the kind of treat people remember because they’re unique, playful, and absolutely delicious — sweet, creamy, and a little nostalgic. Kids love them, adults love them, and they disappear fast at parties.

And the best part is how customizable they are. You can tint the dough any shade of pink or red, add different flavored extracts, or even sprinkle a little edible glitter on top for sparkle.

They look stunning on a dessert table and photograph beautifully if you’re sharing them on your blog or TikTok. Once you make these, they become one of those signature holiday treats you want to repeat every single year.

Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or peppermint extract if you want minty mints)
- Red or pink gel food coloring
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
- Silicone lips mold (from Amazon)

Instructions
Step 1 — Make the Mint Dough
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until a soft dough forms. Add vanilla or peppermint extract and beat again.
Step 2 — Tint the Dough
Add red or pink gel food coloring a drop at a time until you reach the shade you want. Mix well so the color is fully blended.
Step 3 — Fill the Lips Mold
Dust your fingers and the mold very lightly with powdered sugar to keep sticking to a minimum.
Press small amounts of dough into each lips cavity, smoothing the tops so they’re level.
Step 4 — Chill and Unmold
Place the filled mold in the freezer for 20–25 minutes.
Once firm, gently pop out each mint and place on a parchment-lined tray.
Step 5 — Serve or Store
Arrange the lip-shaped mints on a platter or store them in the refrigerator.
They stay perfect for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.

Jennie’s Thoughts
These little cream cheese mints are honestly one of my new favorite Valentine’s Day treats. They’re inexpensive, fun to make, and look like something you’d buy from a fancy candy shop. The silicone lips mold gives them that perfect little pout shape, and the bright red color looks so pretty on a white platter.

You can also make them in lighter pinks for a softer, romantic look or mix shades to create a whole “kisses” theme. They’re so cute next to cupcakes, cookies, or even a charcuterie-style dessert board.

They’re also a great make-ahead treat — they freeze beautifully and keep their shape, so you can make them way before Valentine’s Day without any stress.
