Pink Heart Cream Cheese Mints
Pink Heart Cream Cheese Mints
If you want the cutest, sweetest little Valentine’s Day treat, these Pink Heart Cream Cheese Mints are absolutely perfect. They’re creamy, smooth, melt-in-your-mouth, and shaped into the prettiest pastel hearts using silicone molds.

I used a heart-shaped mold set I found on Amazon that comes with small, medium, and large hearts — and they turned out adorable.

These are the kind of treats that look like you spent hours on them, but they come together in minutes.

They’re perfect for gifting, baby showers, wedding showers, Valentine’s parties, or just popping into a little dish on your counter. Everyone loves them!

These Pink Heart Cream Cheese Mints are one of those recipes that feel nostalgic and homemade, yet they look so polished and pretty.

The texture is dreamy — soft, creamy, and melt-in-your-mouth — and the pastel pink color instantly makes them look like a celebration.

The heart-shaped silicone molds are what give them that perfect, clean shape, and the best part is they practically pop right out once chilled.

I made mine with three sizes of molds: tiny hearts that are perfect for snacking, medium ones that look gorgeous on a dessert table, and large ones that make beautiful little gifts wrapped in cellophane bags.

You can make them as simple or fancy as you want — add sparkly sugar, leave them matte, or make multiple shades of pink.

Pink Heart Cream Cheese Mints Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- Red or pink gel food coloring (a tiny drop goes a long way)
- Granulated sugar (for coating, optional)
Instructions
1. Make the Mint Dough
Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add vanilla.
Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until a soft, dough-like consistency forms.
2. Tint the Mixture Pink
Add a tiny drop of red or pink gel food coloring and mix until the color is fully combined.
Adjust the intensity by adding more if you want a deeper pink.
3. Fill the Silicone Heart Molds
Lightly dust the molds with a touch of powdered sugar or granulated sugar to prevent sticking.
Press small portions of the mint mixture into your silicone molds — I used small, medium, and large hearts.
Level off the tops with your fingers.
4. Chill + Remove
Freeze the filled molds for 20–30 minutes.
Pop the hearts out once firm.
If you want extra sparkle, roll each one lightly in granulated sugar.
5. Serve or Store
Place on a platter and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Serving Size
This recipe makes about 40–60 mints, depending on mold size.

They also store beautifully, so you can make them days ahead of Valentine’s Day, which makes life so much easier. These are wonderful for parties, classroom treats, wedding favors, or just to put in a pretty dish on your counter. They’re sweet, classic, and always a crowd favorite.

Whether you’re making these Pink Heart Cream Cheese Mints for Valentine’s Day, gifting them to friends, or adding them to a dessert board, they bring the sweetest little touch of love to any occasion.

They’re simple, pretty, and always a hit — the kind of treat that disappears faster than you can put them out. I just know you’ll fall in love with how easy they are and how beautiful they look on any table. Enjoy every soft, creamy bite!
