Instructions:

  3. Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the flour and salt to the creamed mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms. Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Shape the Cookies: Roll the dough into 2-inch balls and then flatten out with your hand into a circle. Then, use your finger or the back of a small spoon and make a heart shape. Fill the heart shape with strawberry jam.
  5. Bake to Perfection: Bake the assembled cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
