  • 1 medium onion – chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic

HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:

In a large bowl, place the ground Sirloin – or other ground beef – and add the chopped onion, and garlic, and stir well to blend.  Sprinkle the ground beef with garlic salt, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper, Italian seasoning, Chili powder, Cumin, Oregano, Brown sugar, and Parmesan cheese, and stir altogether to blend the spices into the beef.  Add the crushed Ritz cracker, egg, Ketchup, and BBQ sauce, and stir to blend all ingredients.

Place a heaping Tablespoonful of the meatloaf mixture into the individual squares/rectangles of the pan, and add more if needed, until you fill the squares with the meatloaf mixture. When all squares have been filled, place the pan in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, and then reduce the heat to 350 for another 30 – 40 minutes until meatloaf is cooked through.  Remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve Meatloaves topped with barbecue sauce, mashed potatoes, and a vegetable medley.  Enjoy!

NOTE: If you have ground round, ground chuck, or ground beef, all of those cuts of beef will work to make the meatloaf.  I use ground Sirloin because it’s less fat than the other cuts, but the others will work fine.  If you don’t have Country Bob’s BBQ sauce, use what you have.
