Ingredients

Salisbury Steak Patties

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

1. Make the Salisbury Steak Patties

In a large bowl combine:

  • ground beef
  • breadcrumbs
  • egg
  • garlic salt
  • onion powder
  • black pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce

Mix gently until combined.

Shape into oval patties.

2. Brown the Patties

In a skillet over medium-high heat brown the patties about 2–3 minutes per side.
