- 1 cup butter
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp strawberry jam
- 2 Tbsp. strawberry jello
- 2 drops hot pink food coloring gel
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 chopped strawberries
- 1 Tbsp strawberry jello
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. stir until light and fluffy.
- Add Strawberry jam and powdered strawberry Jello to the butter mixture and combine.
- Add flour and baking powder to a bowl and stir until combined.
- Alternate adding flour and milk to the strawberry batter mixture. stir until well combined and cake batter has formed.
- Add hot pink food coloring and stir until desired color is reached.
- Grase and flour bundt pan and pour batter into pan.
- Place pan in oven and bake for 35 minutes.
- Make strawberry glaze while cake is baking.
- Add powdered sugar, butter, strawberries, jam, and Jello in a bowl and mix until light and fluffy. Add milk and mix thoroughly.
- Remove cake from the oven and place on a cake plate, let cool for 20 minutes. Pour glaze over warm cake and top with whole strawberries of desired.
