Ingredients:

For the candy corn cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 TBSP Brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbles
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 2 Hershey’s chocolate bars, broken into pieces.

Prepare the Sugar Cookie Dough:

a. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

b. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

c. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

d. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.

e. Add marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate, blend.

f. Scoop on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Be sure to bake these on parchment paper as the candy corn get very sticky when hot.

g. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
