Step 1: Begin by adding yeast, sugar, honey, and warm water to a mixing bowl, stir. Let stand for 5 minutes while the yeast activates and begins to foam.
Step 2: While the yeast is blooming, grease your bread pan with butter and dust corn meal to the entire inside part of the pan.
Step 3:Â Then add flour to yeast mixture, 1/2 cup at a time and mix on medium until the flour is completely incorporated. Dough will be soupy. Spoon into bread pan, sprinkle the top of the bread with corn meal and let rise for 1 hour, then bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
