This homemade Pimento Cheese Spread is so good, and it’s super easy to make. The flavors just all meld together, and when you make a Cheese Sandwich out of this, it melts in your mouth!
This is an old Southern tradition, that they serve as a Cheese Sandwich at the Master’s, so you know it’s good! You’ll never want to eat store bought cheese spread again. Trust me, keep this one in your favorites!
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2 1/2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise – I used Miracle Whip
- 4 ounce jar of Pimento’s
- 1/2 cup of Cream Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- 2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons of Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons of Sugar
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO TO MAKE CHEESE SPREAD:
In a large bowl, add the Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Mayonnaise, Pimento’s, Cream Cheese, Salt, Garlic Powder, Garlic Salt, Worcestershire Sauce, and Sugar, and stir well, until completely mixed, and all ingredients are well blended.
Spread on your favorite kind of Bread and cut the sandwich in two. Plate with your favorite Chips, crackers, pickles, or Olives. You can also try tomato slices, or other favorite condiments or sides as well.
If you’re not making sandwiches right away, cover the Cheese Spread, and refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Make sure you keep any unused portion of the Cheese Spread refrigerated. Serve, and Enjoy!
