Jennie’s Thoughts
Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts to create, and this one quickly became a family favorite. Instead of simply adding coffee flavor to the filling, I wanted to recreate the experience of eating authentic tiramisu by layering espresso-soaked ladyfingers right through the center of the cheesecake.

Every slice reveals that beautiful surprise layer, making it just as impressive to serve as it is delicious to eat. The mascarpone whipped topping finishes everything perfectly and gives this cheesecake that unmistakable tiramisu flavor.
