Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef

- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½–1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
1. Brown the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Add diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
2. Add to Crock Pot
Transfer the beef mixture to your crock pot.
Add:
- Chili beans (with liquid)
- Kidney beans
- Diced tomatoes
- Tomato sauce
- Tomato paste
- All seasonings
Stir well to combine.

3. Slow Cook
Cover and cook on:
- Low for 6–8 hours, or
- High for 3–4 hours
Stir occasionally if you’re home, but it’s not necessary.
4. Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
