How to Make the Dinner

1. Marinate & Fry the Chicken

Place chicken cutlets in a bowl with buttermilk and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight for extra tenderness).

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Pour the melted butter into an 8×8 baking dish. Drop the biscuit dough directly into the butter, gently spreading it to the edges. Use a knife to score the dough into 9 squares.
