Turn on a Deep Fryer (I used the Fry Daddy – Grand-Daddy Deep Fryer) and heat the Oil, according to Deep Fryer directions.  Sprinkle the Chicken with Garlic Salt and Seasoned Pepper, and dredge Chicken in Flour, then dip in Egg mixture, and back in Flour.   When Oil is heated, drop Chicken a few strips at a time, and Fry for 10 to 12 minutes, or until Golden Brown, and completely cooked.

Repeat until all Chicken is fried.  Remove from Fryer, to paper towels to drain.
FOR THE WAFFLES:
In a large bowl, mix the Eggs, Sugar, Milk, Oil, and stir well to blend.

In a separate bowl, add the Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt, and stir well to blend.  Add the Flour mixture to the large bowl, a little at a time, stirring well between additions to blend.  Batter may be a little lumpy, but that’s okay.

Turn on your Waffle Maker, and heat according to instructions.  When ready, add the Waffle Batter about 3/4 a cup at a time,  to the Waffle Maker, until all the batter is used, and you have a stack of Waffles.  Butter the Waffles as they are removed from the Waffle Maker, and plate 2 or 3 at a time.
