  • 1 bottle Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Optional Garnishes

  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

Step 1: Add Meatballs

Place frozen meatballs into the crock pot.

Step 2: Make the Sauce

In a medium bowl combine:

  • Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
  • honey
  • brown sugar
  • garlic salt
  • minced garlic
  • black pepper

Whisk until combined.

Step 3: Combine

Pour the sauce over the meatballs.

Stir gently until coated.

Step 4: Slow Cook

Cover and cook:

  • LOW for 4-5 hours
    or
  • HIGH for 2-3 hours

Stir once or twice during cooking if possible.

Step 5: Finish

The sauce should become thick, sweet, sticky, and glossy.
