Brisket sliders
Brisket sliders with apricot BBQ sauce are a delectable and mouthwatering delight that brings together the rich, smoky flavors of brisket with the sweet and tangy notes of apricot-infused barbecue sauce.

These Brisket sliders are a perfect fusion of savory and sweet, offering a satisfying bite-sized experience.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of Brisket, finely chopped – SEE NOTES
1 package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls – 12 count
1 Bottle of K C Masterpiece Honey and Molasses BBQ Sauce – 16 ounce
1 cup of Apricot Preserves
1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
Dash of Garlic Powder
1/4 cup of Melted Butter
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Fresh Parsley – chopped
1 package of Swiss Cheese

DIRECTIONS:
- Using left over Brisket, or Brisket from the Deli, finely chop the Brisket until you have 2 cups of chopped Brisket.

2. Pour the BBQ Sauce in a medium size sauce pan, and add the Apricot Preserves, Brown Sugar and garlic powder, and stir well to combine. Heat over medium heat until sauce is bubbly. Remove from heat and let cool.

3. Remove the Hawaiian Rolls from the package, and with a large sharp knife, cut the rolls in half, lengthwise, and place the bottom of the rolls in a baking dish.

4. Place the chopped Brisket on each roll, and add sauce to Brisket. Place a piece of the Swiss Cheese on top of the Brisket.

5. Place the tops of the rolls on top of the sandwiches and brush with melted Butter. Sprinkle the tops of the rolls with Everything Bagel Seasoning, and sprinkle with chopped Parsley.

6. Cover with Foil, and place in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees, just until the cheese melts, and the sandwiches are heated through.

7. If you like your sandwiches toasty on top, remove the foil and leave in the oven for 1 minute, watching them constantly to make sure they don’t get to brown on top.

8. Remove from oven and serve with the remaining BBQ sauce, and your favorite sides, chips, pickles or relishes. Enjoy!

NOTE: I used left over Brisket from my slow cooker brisket recipe.
