These delicious mini sandwiches are made with seasoned beef and gooey cheddar cheese, and topped with garlic butter. Beef and cheddar sliders are a simple recipe to make for parties, gatherings, and even as a snack.

Ingredients you’ll need to make beef and cheddar sliders

To get started making this recipe, you’ll first want to gather all your ingredients first.

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

  • Shredded beef
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Onion
  • BBQ sauce
  •  Hawaiian rolls
  • Butter
  • Garlic salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Minced garlic
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Parsley

You might also want extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Place the Rolls in a 9 X 13 dish, and remove the tops of the Rolls, and set aside. Slice onion and set aside.

Step 2: In a small dish, melt the stick of Butter in the microwave. Remove from the microwave, and add the Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder, Minced Garlic, and Worcestershire Sauce, and stir well to combine.  Brush the Rolls in the dish with the Butter mixture and place the Shredded Beef on the Rolls.

Step 3: Place the shredded Cheddar Cheese on top of the beef, and place the tops of the Rolls, on top of the Cheddar Cheese.

Step 4: Bush the remaining Butter mixture over the tops of the Rolls, using all the Butter mixture.  Place the dish in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the Sandwiches are heated through, and the Cheese has melted.

Remove from the oven, and separate the Sandwiches to serve.  Serve, and Enjoy!

  • 4 cups of Shredded Beef
  • 12 - 14 slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 medium sweet onion
  • Country Bob's All Purpose BBQ Sauce
  • 1 package of Hawaiian Sandwich Rolls
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the Rolls in a 9 X 13 dish, and remove the tops of the Rolls, and set aside. 
  2. In a small dish, melt the stick of Butter in the microwave. Remove from the microwave, and add the Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder, Minced Garlic, and Worcestershire Sauce, and stir well to combine.

  4. Add the Onions on top of the Beef, making sure each Roll has onion on it.  Place the Cheddar Cheese Slices on top of the Onion, and place the tops of the Rolls, on top of the Cheddar Cheese Slices. 
  5. Brush the remaining Butter mixture over the tops of the Rolls, using all the Butter mixture. 
  6. Place the dish in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the Sandwiches are heated through, and the Cheese has melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and separate the Sandwiches to serve.
