Tips for the Best Cheesecake

Fully Chill the Cheesecake First

The cheesecake must be completely cold before adding the Jello topping.

Let the Jello Cool Slightly

Warm Jello can melt the cheesecake layer.

Crush Pretzels Finely

This helps the crust hold together better.

Use Fresh Strawberries

Fresh berries create the prettiest topping and best flavor.
