Strawberry cake ice cream
This No Churn Strawberry cake ice cream is so easy to make, and it’s just delicious, bursting with berry flavor! You are going to love this recipe.
You just mix it together, freeze it, and you have a wonderful strawberry ice Cream, that tastes like you churned it, without all the fuss. You can make this for almost any occasion, and it’s sure to be a hit. Make sure you keep this one in your favorites!
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 package of Little Debbie Strawberry Cake Roll’s
- 2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
- 4 ounces of Cream Cheese – Softened
- 1 can of Strawberry Pie Filling
- 1 package of Ice Cream Cones
- Little Debbie Strawberry Cake slices – to top
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
In the mixing bowl of a stand Mixer, place the Whipping Cream, and whip until thick, and stiff peaks have formed. Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Vanilla, and add Cream Cheese, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the Strawberry Pie Filling. Slice three of the Cake Rolls into small pieces and fold into the Ice Cream mixture. Place the Ice Cream mixture into a Loaf Pan, and place the pan in the Freezer, Overnight.
When ready to serve, scoop the Ice Cream into Ice Cream Cones, or dishes. Slice 2 or 3 more Cake Rolls into slices, and place on top of Ice Cream Cones. Serve, and Enjoy!
Makes 12 – 14 large scoops of Ice Cream
