This Cotton candy ice cream is so easy to make, and it’s just delicious! You are going to love this recipe. This ice cream tastes like a summer night at the carnival, full of cotton candy swirls.

You just put it together, freeze it, and you have a wonderful Ice Cream, that tastes like you churned it, without all the fuss. This is so pretty, you can make this for any occasion, and it’s sure to be a hit. Make sure you keep this one in your favorites!

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
- 1 tub of Pink and Blue Cotton Candy – any brand
- Pink Food Coloring Gel
- Blue Food Coloring Gel
- Ice Cream Cones, Waffle Cones, or Ice Cream dishes
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
In the mixing bowl of a stand Mixer, add the Whipping Cream, and whip the cream until thick, and stiff peaks have formed. Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk to the whipped cream, add Vanilla, and blend until the ice cream is smooth and creamy.

Divide the Ice Cream mixture into two medium size bowls and drop 2 or 3 drops of Pink Food Coloring Gel in one bowl, and 2 or 3 drops of the Blue Food Coloring Gel in the other bowl.

Add a handful of Pink Cotton Candy to the Pink bowl, and a handful of Blue Cotton Candy to the Blue bowl, and stir until it dissolves. Pour the bowls of Ice Cream into a Loaf Pan, and place in the Freezer Overnight.

When you are ready to serve, scoop the Ice Cream into cones, or dishes, and place a piece of Cotton Candy on the top of the Ice Cream. Serve, and Enjoy!
Makes 12 – 14 large scoops of Ice Cream
