CINNABON APPLE PIE CUPS
These little Apple Pie cups are so good, you’ll want to devour the whole pan! They are seriously good, and who doesn’t love apple pie and cinnamon rolls? The Rolls make a wonderfully crisp little cup with the gooey pie filling, and then the icing on top gives it a sweet burst that just melts in your mouth. You are going to love this recipe, because it’s so simple, and sure to be a favorite! If you want to go all out you can also top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and make this a very decadent dessert.
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE CINNABON APPLE PIE CUPS:
- 2 cans of Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 can of Apple Pie Filling – 21 ounce
- 1 can of cooking spray
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
Spray a muffin tin with the Cooking Spray and place a Cinnabon Cinnamon roll in each muffin space. Press the roll up the sides and down in the bottom of the muffin tin, to form a little cup/crust. Make sure to press the roll evenly up the sides. Fill the little cups with the Apple Pie Filling and bake at 375 degrees for 14 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven to a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes, and then gently remove cups from muffin tin, and all to finish cooling.
Place the Icing from both cans of Cinnamon rolls in a small pastry bag, and when Apple Pie Cups are completely cooled, pipe the icing on top of each one. Serve, and Enjoy!
