Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the Cookie Dough: In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth and well-mixed.
- Form Cookies: Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Add Peanut Butter Cup: Once the cookies are cool, place a mini peanut butter cup upside down in the center of each cookie.
