These adorable little birthday cake flavored cream cheese mints will be a hit at every party! With their sweet and creamy melt in your mouth texture and confetti sprinkles, these bite size treats are a delight!
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
2 Pounds powdered sugar
1/2 cup Confetti sprinkles – Edible Confetti Sprinkles Cake Cookie Cupcake Quins Pastel Sequin (1 Pound): Amazon.com: Grocery & Gourmet Food
2 tsp Birthday cake flavoring – Amazon.com : LorAnn Super Strength Cake Batter Flavor, 1 ounce bottle : Grocery & Gourmet Food
Instructions:
First, combine cream cheese and butter in a kitchen aid mixer and combine until smooth. Slowly add powdered sugar until completely combined and a smooth dough has formed.
Add cake flavoring and 1/2 cup sprinkles, stir until combined. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Roll mixture into small 1/4″ balls and place on a cookie sheet. Repeat until you have rolled out all of the mixture and then smash down with a fork. Sprinkle extra confetti sprinkles if desired.
