Ingredients needed:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 oz. chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Kahlua

1. In a mixing bowl add sugar, butter, vanilla, and melted chocolate. 

2. Stir in eggs one at a time, then add Kahlua and mix.

3. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

4. Heat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 

5. Place powdered sugar in a bowl and drop about 2 tablespoons of dough into the powdered sugar.

Roll each cookie in powdered sugar and place on a cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.

6. Bake for 10 minutes then remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool.
