Bubbly Green Icing:

The highlight of these cookies is the bubbly green royal icing that cascades down the sides of each cauldron. The lime green hue, reminiscent of a witch’s potion, is achieved using food coloring. The icing is expertly applied to create the illusion of frothy bubbles spilling over the cauldron’s edge, adding an extra layer of magic and charm.

Aqua Icing Lettering:

Delicate aqua-colored royal icing is used to write the spellbinding phrase “hocus pocus” on the front of each cauldron. The aqua hue provides a contrast to the vibrant green, making the words stand out in a bewitching and captivating manner. The lettering is skillfully piped, adding a personalized and whimsical touch to each cookie.

As with any royal icing decoration, allowing each layer to dry thoroughly is essential. This ensures that the bubbly green icing and aqua lettering maintain their distinct shapes and vibrant colors, providing a professional and polished finish.
