White Chocolate
Graham crackers
Red food coloring
Heavy cream
Peppermint candy

Step 1: In a microwave safe bowl, add about 11/2 cups White Chocolate Almond Bark, and melt until smooth.
Step 2: Add Cream and smirnoff, stir until chocolate becomes thick. Add red food coloring and stir until pink.
Step 3: On a large cookie sheet, spread graham crackers out evenly. Set aside.
Step 4:Â Add peppermints in a ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin. Set aside.
Step 5: Using a Spatula, spread the mixture on the Graham Crackers, and place them on a Parchment Paper lined Cookie Sheet. Let the Crackers sit on the Cookie Sheet until the mixture sets, about 20 minutes. Place a couple more squares of the Chocolate Almond Bark in the microwave, and melt until smooth and creamy. Â
Step 6: Dip the Graham Crackers in the melted Chocolate, sprinkle with crushed peppermints, and add a candy cane decoration on top, place them back on the cookie sheet. Let the Chocolate set, or become firm, about 30 minutes. Â
