With 7 grams of protein in one serving, you could easily add vegan cheese, black pepper, and a small amount of hot sauce for a quick breakfast sandwich on the go. We used Just Egg folded on an English muffin, topped with sweet chili sauce and added sauted veggies, like bell peppers and zucchini, as well as fresh tomatoes.

We also tried a Just egg scramble, scrambled eggs and a little vegan butter, using the bottle of just egg. A much healthier alternative to conventional eggs and a quick and easy way to try new food ingredients.
