Here’s what you need to make fries:
1 bag of red robin frozen steak fries
Spray canola oil or olive oil
Air fryer – We use Power xl air fryer as well as instant pot vortex model of air fryer.
Begin by opening the package and spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Lay the frozen crispy steak cut fries out in a single layer, return basket back to air fryer and set cooking time for 8 minutes at 400 degrees. I like them to cook in a single layer so the hot air can swirl around each fry, this ensures the delicious fries are evenly crisp and a golden color. When the air fryer beeps and has finished cooking, remove the fries and place them in a medium bowl, serve and enjoy!
These fries make a perfect easy side dish that you can serve with hamburgers or hot dogs. They also make a great after school snack you can serve with your favorite dipping sauce or fry sauce, like bbq sauce. You can also make your own red robin loaded fries at home with this simple recipe, you can toss them in garlic powder and parmesan cheese and make easy garlic fries. We also love to add cheddar cheese sauce, bacon and red onions to a basket of fries it’s a great way to make loaded cheese fries. We also love to grab a bag of red robin frozen onion rings and make a batch of fries and rings! You can also add a little chipotle powder to a garlic butter sauce for a spicy garlic treat, add a little parmesan cheese and you have the best garlic parmesan french fries.
You can store your leftover fries, even if they are loaded, in an airtight container in the fridge, and easily heat them up the next day. 5 minute cook time in the air fryer at 400 degrees will heat fries and you can enjoy again!
You can serve them with a kicked up ketchup recipe:
1 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup sweet asian chili sauce
Mix the two sauces to gether in a bowl and serve! Great for dipping.
