Ingredients

• 1 box (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 3/4 cup pink lemonade
• 1/2 cup vodka
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1–2 drops pink food coloring, optional
• Pink sanding sugar, optional, for the rims
• Small lemon wedges or slices, optional, for garnish

How to Make Pink Lemonade Jello Shots

Step 1: Prepare the Cups

Arrange approximately 12–16 small Jello shot cups on a baking sheet or tray.

This makes it much easier to transfer all of the filled cups to the refrigerator without spilling them.

Step 2: Dissolve the Gelatin

Pour the lemon gelatin into a medium heat-safe mixing bowl.

Add 3/4 cup boiling water.

Whisk for approximately 2 minutes, or until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Step 3: Add the Pink Lemonade

Let the gelatin mixture cool for a few minutes.

Pour in 3/4 cup cold pink lemonade and stir until combined.

Step 4: Add the Vodka

Add 1/2 cup vodka and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
