HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3 to 4 pounds of Ham – sliced, or Ham Steaks
- 1 can of Pineapple Slices – in heavy syrup
- 1 jar of Maraschino Cherries
- 1 package of Frozen Green Beans – 16 ounce
- 1 package of fresh Carrots – 2 pounds
- Small, fresh Potatoes – 3 – 4 pounds
- 1 stick of Butter – melted
- Land O Lakes – Butter Balls – I used 9 or 10 for this dish
- 1 teaspoon of minced Garlic
- Garlic Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Seasoned Pepper
- Honey – to drizzle
- 1 teaspoon of Brown Sugar
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
Cut the Potatoes in half and place them in the pan. Place the Carrots in the pan next to the Potatoes, and open the Green Beans, and place them in the end of the pan – SEE PHOTO FOR PLACEMENT OF VEGETABLES.
Start by washing/rinsing the Potatoes, dry on paper towels and set aside. Rinse and peel the Carrots and leave them whole.
Open the Ham, if you’re using a small, sliced Ham, place 2 to 3 pieces stacked on top of each other, and a Pineapple slice on top of the Ham, and a Cherry in the center, at one end of the Sheet Pan.
Continue across the Sheet pan, filling the end of the pan with the Ham slices, and layering the Pineapple slices and Cherries in between.
Place the stick of Butter in a microwave safe dish and melt the butter in the microwave. Using a small basting brush, brush the Butter on the Potatoes, Carrots, and Green Beans. Sprinkle the Vegetables with Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder, and Seasoned Pepper.
Drizzle a little Honey over the Ham and sprinkle a little Brown Sugar over the Honey. Place the Pan in the Oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until the Vegetable are tender, and easily pierced with a sharp knife. When the dinner is done, remove from the oven, and add the Minced Garlic to the Green Beans, and stir in the pan.
This sheet pan pineapple ham dinner is as delicious as it is easy to make! With just 10 minutes of prep time and minimal clean-up afterwards, this dish is perfect for busy weeknights when you don’t have much time to spare but still want something tasty for dinner. Plus, this dish can easily be customized with different vegetables or proteins depending on what’s available in your pantry or fridge—so get creative and have fun experimenting! Bon Appetit!

NOTE: If you’re using Ham Steaks, you’ll need to cut them in two or three pieces. You’ll probably need about 3 Ham Steaks for this dish. I’d cut them in three pieces, and place two pieces stacked, just like the photo shows, and then layer them with the Pineapple slices and Cherries.
ALSO: I used Land O Lakes Butter Balls – they’re fairly new, and they come in a resealable package, in the dairy case of course. They look like little round scoops of Butter, and they’re great for dishes like this, so you can just place them where you need them.
