By placing everything you love to eat with Chili, on a big board, and serving it Charcuterie style, everyone at your table can have this delicious Chili in a bowl, cup, on a baked potato, or over a hot dog, topped with cheese, a variety of onions, crackers, chips, or Fritos. Add all your favorites for a wonderful meal.
Ingredients needed:
- Ground Sirloin
- Garlic Salt
- Seasoned Salt
- Chili Powder
- Ground Cumin
- Tomato Juice
- Tomato Sauce
- Brown Sugar
- Sweet Onion
- Red Kidney Beans
SIDES TO SERVE:
Baked Potatoes
Hot Dogs – boiled/grilled/skillet cooked/microwave, with buns
Sweet Onion – chopped.
Green Onion – Chopped
Ritz Crackers
Fritos
Shredded Cheddar Cheese or, serve with your favorite sides and toppings.
DIRECTIONS:
Cook ground Sirloin until completely done and crumbled into small pieces. Add, garlic salt, seasoned salt, chili powder, cumin, tomato juice, tomato sauce, brown sugar, sweet onion – chopped, red kidney beans, drained and rinsed. Let simmer 45 minutes on low heat. Place on Charcuterie board with favorite sides, serve and enjoy!

NOTE: Before serving the Chili, place a small amount in small dish, to taste. If chili is not spicy enough, add a little sprinkle of the chili powder, and a sprinkle of the cumin, and cook 5 more minutes. If you prefer a little more salt, add a sprinkle of the garlic salt. Season to your preference. ALSO: you can place the other 1/2 can of the beans in a zip loc bag, and freeze. Beans should keep for 6 weeks in the freezer.
