WHITE CHOCOLATE SPRINKLE BLONDIE’S
White chocolate sprinkle blondie’s
These White Chocolate sprinkle Blondie’s are so good, and super easy to make. They’re gooey and a little chewy, with the consistency of a moist Brownie, but the Blondie version. They’re a Vanilla, sweet Sprinkle, White Chocolate bit of deliciousness in a square bar, and honestly, so yummy you could eat the whole dish! Make sure to keep this one in your favorites!
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
1/2 cup of Butter – softened
3/4 cup of Brown Sugar
1 large Egg
2 teaspoons of Vanilla
1 1/2 cups of Flour
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
1 cup of White Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup of Rainbow Sprinkles
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
In the Mixing bowl of a stand mixer, add the Butter, Brown Sugar, Egg, and Vanilla, and blend until smooth. In a separate bowl, add the Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt, and stir to mix well.Â
Add the Flour mixture to the Mixing bowl, and blend on low speed until completely mixed, and the batter is smooth and creamy.Â
Add the White Chocolate Chips, and mix on low just until blended. Add the Rainbow Sprinkles, and mix on low just until blended.Â
Grease the bottom of an 8 X 8 dish, and place Parchment paper over the Bottom where it’s greased, to assure they don’t stick. Pour the Batter in the dish, and smooth out the top. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, until the Blondie’s are light golden brown, and a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven to a wire rack to cool completely. When cool, sprinkle with Rainbow Sprinkles and White Chocolate Chips. Cut into 2 X 2 inch squares and serve. Enjoy!
