Each buttery Ritz cracker gets dipped in silky milk chocolate and topped with crushed Andes Mint bits, giving them that perfect crunch with a refreshing hint of mint. Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 2 cups milk chocolate melting wafers (or chocolate chips)
  • ½ cup crushed Andes Mint baking bits or chopped Andes Mints

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip the tops of each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate, coating evenly on top.
  4. Place each dipped cracker onto the parchment paper.
  5. While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the tops generously with Andes Mint bits.
  6. Let the chocolate set completely at room temperature, or chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes until firm.
  7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
