Oh my word!  This Crock Pot Coca Cola Cake is so good, and so simple to make.  You just pour this in the crock pot, literally mix this in the Crock Pot, pop the lid on and leave it to bake into a wonderful chocolate, gooey warm delicious cake!  The whole house will smell like a chocolate bar.  You are going to love this recipe, and everyone you serve this to is going to love this cake.  Trust me, keep this one in your favorites!

Ingredients:
1 cup of original Coca Cola – not Diet

1/2 cup of Cooking Oil

1 stick of Butter

3 Tablespoons of Cocoa

2 cups of Sugar

2 cups of plain Flour

1/2 teaspoon of Salt

2 Eggs

1/2 cup of Milk 

1 teaspoon of Baking Soda

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

FROSTING:

1 Stick of Butter – Softened

2 1/3 Tablespoons of Cocoa

6 Tablespoons of Milk

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

3 3/4 cups of Powdered Sugar

HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:

Turn the Crock Pot on High, and place the Stick of Butter in the bottom of the Crock Pot, until it starts to melt.  Add the Eggs and Sugar, and mix together, until the mixture is creamy. Add the Oil, and Milk, and stir well. 

Next, add the Flour, salt, Cocoa, Baking Soda, and blend.  Add the Vanilla, and the Coca Cola, and mix until blended.  Place the lid on the Crock pot, and leave the Heat on HIGH for 30 minutes, then turn the Heat setting to MEDIUM, and cook for another 30 minutes.  Turn the Heat off, and let the cake cool for an hour to two hours. 

FROSTING:

In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, place the Butter, Cocoa, Milk, and Vanilla, and blend on low until mixed.  Add the Powdered Sugar a little at a time until the Frosting starts to thicken, or all the Sugar is added.  If Frosting is too thick, add a few more drops of Milk, if its a little thin, add a little more Sugar, until you have a nice thick, but spread-able Frosting. 

Frosting the Crock pot coca cola cake right in the Crock Pot, using all the Frosting, and cut into 3 X 3 inch pieces to serve.  Enjoy!

NOTE:  Optional:  Top Cake pieces with a large scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream, drizzle with Chocolate Syrup and top with a Maraschino Cherry.
