These no-bake pops are made by dipping fluffy marshmallows in warm caramel, coating them in chocolate, and then rolling them in crushed pretzels for that perfect crunch. The result is a bite-sized dessert that’s fun to make, easy to serve, and looks like it came straight from a candy shop.

Ingredients

  • Large marshmallows
  • 1 bag soft caramels (like Kraft), unwrapped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Chocolate melting wafers or chocolate chips
  • Crushed pretzels
  • Large sucker sticks or paper straws

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Insert a sucker stick into each marshmallow to make your pops.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the caramels with the heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip each marshmallow into the melted caramel, allowing the excess to drip off. Place on the parchment paper and let the caramel set for a few minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a separate bowl, again stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each caramel-coated marshmallow into the chocolate, coating it completely.
  7. While the chocolate is still warm, roll or sprinkle with crushed pretzels for that salty crunch.
  8. Place on the parchment paper and let them set completely — either at room temperature or in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

These Caramel Pretzel Marshmallow Pops are such a crowd-pleaser — the perfect mix of textures and flavors! I love using Ghirardelli milk chocolate melting wafers for a smooth, glossy finish, but dark chocolate works beautifully too if you want a richer flavor.
