Instructions

  3. Mix in vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into 1.5-inch balls, then press your thumb or fingers in the center of each ball to create a small indentation.
  6. Place a Hershey’s Birthday Cake Kiss inside each indentation and gently wrap the dough around the chocolate to seal it inside.
  7. Roll each cookie lightly in powdered sugar, then place on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
  9. Immediately after baking, press nonpareil sprinkles on top while cookies are still warm. Cool completely before serving.
