Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 stick of butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate or chocolate almond bark
  • 1 (14 oz) can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 packages of Nestle Crunch Bits (or chopped Crunch bars)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prep Your Pan

Start by lining an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper. Leave a little overhang on the sides so you can lift the fudge out easily once it’s set.

Step 2: Make the Base

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter until just softened. Add in the sugar and vanilla, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Step 3: Heat-Treat the Flour

To make this fudge safe to eat (since it’s no-bake), heat-treat the flour by placing it in a microwave-safe dish and microwaving it for 1 minute. Then, add the flour to the butter-sugar mixture and stir until blended.

Step 4: Mix in the Chocolate & Milk

Add the sweetened condensed milk to the flour mixture and stir until smooth. Melt your chocolate or almond bark in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted. Add the melted chocolate into the bowl and stir until everything is fully incorporated.

Step 5: Add the Crunch

Now for the best part—fold in the Nestle Crunch Bits! Gently stir until the bits are evenly distributed throughout the rich chocolate mixture.

Step 6: Chill

Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula. Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours or until fully set.

Step 7: Slice & Serve

Once the fudge has set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice it into squares. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
