What is a Monster cookie poke cake?

If you are hungry for cookies and cake, look no further than this recipe. A poke cake is a cake that has been baked, then poked with holes, normally with a wooden spoon handle. The pudding is poured on top of the dessert, and it seeps down into the holes and makes the most delicious, moist cake you will ever eat. Topped with cool whip and cookies, this cake is absolutely decadent!
