Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and well combined.

  5. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
