Open the Hershey's Chocolate Syrup, and generously drizzle Chocolate syrup all around the inside of the glass, letting it run down the sides and into the bottom of the glass. Place the Glass in the freezer for 10 minutes, to set the Chocolate.
In a pitcher or Blender, add two of the Twix Ice Cream Bars, Milk, Kahlua, and the Caramel Sauce. Blend until thick and creamy. Remove the Glass from the freezer, and pour the Caramel sauce in a bowl, about an inch deep, and dip the top or rim of the glass in the Caramel Sauce, until it's covering the edge of the glass, and let it run down the outside of the glass when the glass it turned right side up.
Pour Mudslide mixture from the Blender or pitcher into the glass, and top with a generous amount of Whipped Cream, and place a cherry on top. Add a festive straw, Serve, and Enjoy! Note: for an added treat you can drizzle the whipped cream with an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup.
